At Sienna Square, pest control and trash is included with rent. Residents will also have access to our amazing amenities like our BBQ and picnic area, swimming pool, fitness center, and playground, making Sienna Square the perfect place to call home.
At Sienna Square, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Sienna Square, the application fee is $50 per applicant and is non-refundable.
At Sienna Square, residents are responsible for electric, water & sewage, gas, internet, and phone/cable.
Sienna Square is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $250 pet fee for the 1st pet and $150 pet fee for the 2nd pet, due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home.
